In the spirit of fostering the advancement of our engineering profession Silver Creek recently sponsored a Baja SAE® Series competition team by donating transmission parts (left). "Cowboy Motorsports" from the University of Wyoming placed 19th in a field of 100 (Results). This first year team designed, built and raced their prototype into the top of the competition field, among teams which have consistently placed in the top 20 percent over the last 10 years.

Baja SAE® Series
