This $130,000,000 project features an underground cast-in-place concrete parking structure, first floor reinforced concrete frame and slab, two stories of structural steel framing and an 86 foot diameter rotunda with a 33' domed skylight. All of these systems were designed to resist gravity and lateral forces.
