Got cracks? And if you do, is that a bad thing? You can tell by looking that something is going on, but does it affect the structural integrity of the building? Is it more cost effective to repair or to replace? And then, of course, the most important question of all: is it safe? These are the questions that many of our clients ask when they request a structural evaluation.

Then there are the old buildings that are too full of history to tear down, but too deteriorated to stand up. In those cases, evaluation may be only the first step to addressing the problem, followed by stabilization and, finally, restoration. We are experienced in all three phases.

Or do you own a building that was originally designed for one purpose and is now being considered for another? It may require an evaluation to determine whether or not the existing structural system is adequate for the new use. If modifications are necessary, we can design those, too.
