THE MEANING OF GREEN
(AND OTHER CONFUSING TERMS)
GREEN
Green, like beauty, is a subjective term.  It indicates that the project designers will consider the environmental impacts of the development and take steps to minimize those impacts.
LEED
LEED Certified buildings are designed to meet high standards of sustainability and green design.  They typically have less maintenance and operational costs, which saves money, energy, and resources in the long run.
SUSTAINABLE
Sustainable means "meeting the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs".   Let us help you conserve the resources of the future by committing your project to sustainable design goals.
