This luxury apartment community in downtown Bloomington, Indiana, consists of two buildings with each building containing four towers and a total of eight different floor plans. The buildings are supported by an underground concrete parking structure. Silver Creek Engineering designed the structural systems for the buildings and underground parking structure.
